Return policy
All products purchased in our store have a period of 14 days from the date of receipt to be returned.
To proceed with the return, the customer must contact us to provide the shipping information.
If the return is because the product is not the one ordered or is defective, we will refund the full amount of the order including the return costs. If instead the reason is because the customer has changed his mind, the amount of the product will be refunded but not the shipping and return costs.
Cancellation policy
In case of order cancellation, if it is done before it is shipped, the total amount including shipping will be refunded. If the product has already been shipped, its cost will be refunded but not the shipping or return costs.
